SAP Gift Certificates For Sale

We sell gift certificates for acupuncture! 

There are a few options for purchasing a gift certificate:

1. Cash or check in person
2. Check via mail
3. Online with a Credit Card

However you choose to pay, please make sure to note the following:

• Your name
• The recipients name
• What kind of gift certificate you want to buy (more info on that below)
• If you want us to keep the gift certificate at one of our locations or mail it to a specified address (please include this specified address)

Gift Certificate Options:

1. You can purchase a specific number of treatments for the recipient and we will make them an “easy card“.  This is a punch card that lives in our electronic records and will be marked off at each visit.

   • Just multiply the number of treatments you want to purchase by the amount you want to pay per treatment to come up with the price (sliding scale for one treatment is $20 to $40).

   • New patients are a flat rate of $45.

2. You can also purchase a gift certificate for a specified dollar amount, and the recipient can decide how many treatments they want to use it for.
