COVID-19

Here Is What We Need You To do:
Stay Home If You Are Sick: Patients with symptoms of acute illness are not permitted to enter the clinic. This policy is not limited to symptoms of COVID-19, but all infectious illnesses. Please rest at home if you have any signs of illness or have had a positive covid-19 test in the past 10 days. Symptoms of acute illness include: cough, fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell, new body aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and that “I think I’m fighting something off” feeling (often that is when you are experiencing the highest viral load and most likely to spread illness). If you come in with new symptoms that seem like they are likely due to an infectious illness we will ask you to leave and return when you are feeling better.
As of April 4th, 2023, the State of California is no longer requiring the wearing of masks in an indoor healthcare setting. We want to remain consistent in following the policies, recommendations, and mandates set out by the various facets of the government. Therefore, masks are no longer required to be worn by patients or practitioners. We encourage masking if someone in your home is sick or you have had a recent exposure to illness, especially COVID-19.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic for anyone who wishes to use it.
Here Is What We Are Doing:
- We currently have multi-action air purifiers (HEPA, UV, Charcoal filters) running on full blast, in every room, all day long.
- We regularly clean high touch points with an EPA approved cleaner.
- No one with symptoms of acute illness are allowed in the clinic, this applies to patients and practitioners.
